Films Shown at RIIFF

With our fifth anniversary in 2001, we celebrated the fact that RIIFF had screened more than 500 films during its first four years. This is all the more remarkable when you add several dozen others that had been screened off-season at special events and by RIIFF partners at locations throughout Rhode Island. We are very proud that many of these films have gone on to achieve distribution. Several have even won national and international awards. One won an Academy Award.

(In 2001, we topped ourselves and screened 206 titles in six days.)

We are very honored that so many filmmakers who have chosen RIIFF to screen their works. It has been our pleasure to welcome them into our family of artists.
