Flickers has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website.

Flickers and www.film-festival.org (or any of its related domains) does not sell, rent, or otherwise distribute for 3rd party use any personal information collected for order fulfillment.

Visitor's will not be subscribed to any electronic mailing list without their explicit knowledge and approval.

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site.

Our site uses cookies to store unique identifiers generated by our system so we can track your ticket order(s) and to allow retrieval of Personal Schedules. At no time is personal or financial information of any kind written to any cookie. Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address), unique identifiers (which are generated on the fly in the case of commercial transactions), and financial information (like their credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. Unique identifiers are used as order numbers in our record system. Some demographic and profile data is also collected at our site.

Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. The data collected is also protected by a limited-access password system that ensures only authorized users have access to the files. All orders placed online are processed at the Rhode Island International Film Festival Box Office, located at The Vets (83 Park Street, Suite 5, Providence, RI 02903).
