Discover some of the amazing new films that we'll be screening in 2015 and learn which of our films are on the Academy Shortlist. And discover some of the latest films that have been submitted to the Festival with a preview screening...

The Festival has become a magnet for those who have make short films reflecting RIIFF’s unique status as the lone film festival in New England that is a qualifying event for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences “Oscar®”. There are more than 7,000 total film festivals worldwide; only 19 have been granted this prestigious distinction..

Out of the over 250 films screened in 2014 (with 94 being World/North American Premieres) which one(s) will receive the Oscar® nod?
