1999 Film Festival Award Winners

3rd Annual Festival Concludes Screening Amazing Films from Across the Globe

 

This was year three of the Festival and the second year for film awards. The Festival also moved officially this year to the City of Providence. More than 600 films were entered in competition this year, a steep climb from 1998 which saw 236 entries. 1998 saw amazing panels, multiple venues, a barbeque, and the first use of the Veternan's Memorial Auditorium.
